Heads of SCO, CSTO, CIS and EurAsEC executive bodies meet in Moscow
Meeting of the heads of executive bodies of the SCO, CSTO, CIS and EurAsEC
On November 7, Moscow hosted the 5th Meeting of the heads of executive bodies of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO), the Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO), the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and the Eurasian Economic Community (EurAsEC).
The event was attended by SCO Secretary-General Dmitry Mezentsev, CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha, Chair of the CIS Executive Committee and CIS Executive Secretary Sergei Lebedev, and EurAsEC Secretary General Tair Mansurov.
The meeting participants discussed international issues, the four organisations' performance in priority areas and development plans as well as the implementation of their secretariats' joint action plan for 2014-2015.
